Cathi's Call Sign is KC7FEI or as she says, "Friendly Enjoyable Italian"! Cathi holds a Tech class license, but don't worry, we'll have her upgrading in no time! She has been a "Ham" for 15 years and says that she got in to the "Ham Experience" before cell phones came along so that she could keep in contact with her Husband, N7OCC, Mike while he was on the road. Cathi uses what ever rig Mike has right now. But we'll work on getting her on her own handheld. She says her favorite type of operation is Phone. She came by the Big Green Monster during the last winter field day and was a joy to have with us. Next year we'll get her on a rig so that she can make some contacts!! Cathi loves her job managing the Kitchen at Caldwell High School and says that "The nicest people are Ham Operators and she loves that." |
